Enhancing and Expanding a 1940's Tacoma Home

Project Description

After many years putting up with the 1940's era layout, our client asked us to update her North Tacoma home to better serve her lifestyle. She especially requested we help her rethink her backyard to accommodate her love of gardening, and to carve out an area for her cat to call its own.

What We Did

We added a master bedroom and bathroom, updated the antiquated fireplace, and even installed a cat palace for her kitty. We also updated her backyard to include a gardening shed, above-ground growing units and an attractive garden path.
