Project Description

One of the most cost-effective ways to get a home you love is to accentuate the best features in the home you already have. This homeowner loved their water view and wanted to take full advantage of it. So we worked with them to plan and build a dual-level deck to maximize their enjoyment of their beautiful property.

We tore out the existing deck, which no longer served their needs. And we built a spacious, two-level cedar deck with a covered area to make their beautiful view enjoyable year around. The deck features sturdy handrails with black metal balusters for a clean, finished look.
